Water Bore Development $325000 (additional bore developed in the Rec Ground and connected for reticulation over winter. If successful in acquiring water from ACT, it will be available for the village  and be the long term solution. If not, expansion of the groundwater supply will include chlorination and a new rising main to the reservoir. This is the medium term solution with long term involving piping from Yass)

Urban Roads Road Safety Pedestrian and cycle access needs to be improved at the 'T' junction of Barton Highway and Murrumbateman Road. Investigate safety of intersection

Bypass Ensure an entry/exit at each end of town for proposed bypass    
Road Safety Hi-speed traffic throughout town, need all speed <50<70, including northern end of village      
Local Primary School (S 7l) Promote the value of local education in Yass Valley - investigate the possibility of establishing a school in Murrumbateman    
Rec Ground Improvements Improve our recreation ground facilities and (eg. Showers) and facilitate its use by groups with different needs, (eg, cricket and pony club). (S 2p) Develop a Yass Valley Rec Grounds Plan that identifies potential projects in villages      
Multi-purpose tracks Need new tracks to link and extend existing communal multi-purpose tracks (walking, cycling, bridlepaths) (S 2g) Investigate feasibility of establishing an integrated bike path system in Yass Town and villages      
Cross-country equestrian course Cross-country equestrian course needs to be repaired and improved      
Improve kids rec facilities Limited kids rec facilities: eg park, skateboard centre or pool      
Public insurance Implement global community public liability insurance for community groups
