Tantalise your taste buds on the October long weekend. The Murrumbateman Moving Feast offers a weekend of premium local wines matched with scrumptious food. The Makers of Murrumbateman have organised another great wine and food festival for 2008.
The Murrumbateman Moving Feast will be held on the weekend of 4 & 5th October, 2008. Thirteen local wineries are participating, each offering a main meal and/or dessert, perfectly matched with one of their wines.
Just a 30 minute drive from the centre of Canberra, or a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney, you can move between wineries and cafes and discover exceptional wines matched with gastronomical delights! Spend a day, or a long weekend, indulging in the best of Canberra Region food and wine at the cafes, wineries and B&Bs.

Designated Drivers
The winemakers of Murrumbateman are committed to a safe environment and encourage responsible service of alcohol. As part of the Feast all dishes can be accompanied by a free soft drink, tea or coffee in place of wine.
